Right in time for the spring/summer season comes a slew of fun new U.S. Air Force-inspired Buzz Rickson’s x Peanuts Short Sleeve T-Shirts. The USAFA Football and the USAAF A-3 Cap Club tees are the vintage Americana style graphic tees that’ll catch comments from all the boomers in your life, as well as from the Peanuts fans, ’cause slapping a vintage Charlie Brown graphic on almost anything makes it instantly more charming. I can’t be alone in thinking that, can I?
Perhaps the cutest of this pair of new tees is the A-3 Cap Club shirt, which has Charlie Brown sporting a USAF A-3 cap, winding up a pitch. If you’re into your military garb, this is certainly the design for you. That’s not to say the USAFA Football Club design isn’t great, too, especially with that USAF symbol added to the original Schulz illustration.
Buzz Rickson’s went ahead and printed these Peanuts U.S. Air Force graphics on their vintage style 100% cotton tubular knit tees in a variety of colors. They’re relaxed in fit, Buzz Rickson’s tends to run closer to American sizing than most Japanese-made brands, and they might shrink (mainly in length) 1-1.5″ with a cold wash and line dry – exercise proper care in your Peanuts gear!
