First off, we want to thank you for all of your amazing fade submissions in 2021. In tricky times, something as simple as some faded fabric can bring a lot of joy and hearing your stories is always an interesting part of our, and, we hope your weeks! Here’s to more brilliant fades in 2022, each of which is a constant reminder of the glory of raw denim and all of the other amazing materials out there.
Will in Dickinson, ND has been seasoning his Brave Star 21.5 oz. denim for the last 12 yea.. -wait- months? That’s right, after just 1 year, Mr. 21.5 oz. has made – what must be his daily drivers – into what looks to be a decades-long resume from working down in the mines. Just needs a little surface grime and you’d have me convinced!
Sweeping whiskers down the lap which fade into the thigh and pick up again at the knees. Abrupt yet pronounced honeycombs and of course that piercing back right wallet outline. All of it is enhanced by the visual appeal that only a heavy-weight grainy texture can achieve.
And while he didn’t disclose much about how he obtained this all-star wear in such a short time, Will did give a massive hint, sure to get him a campaign with Nike if they ever dive head first into denim: “Just wear them”.
