Upstate Stock Turns Surplus Mask Fabrics Into Ball Caps

In an unprecedented year, it’s been the innovators and the entrepreneurs that have succeeded. It’s been a big year for rolling with the punches and while we’re not quite through it yet, some brands are keeping that go-with-the-flow attitude in all their endeavors.

Upstate Stock did just that when they found the demand for masks beginning to drop and still had a bunch of beautiful, lightweight Japanese textiles on hand. The Japanese fabrics had been destined for life as face masks, but not wanting all that nice fabric going to waste, the brand hatched a plan. Using friends and former collaborators in Queens, NY, the team at Upstate Stock gave these rolls of textiles a new lease of life in the form of baseball caps.

Adjustable and with a low profile, these hats not only look great, they feel awesome too. That light material used for masks is perfect for a summer hat. These will breathe great and keep you feeling cool, calm, and collected all damn day.
