Over the course of three years, fade alum (SExI14s) Jobey Greenwood has prepared his The Flat Head SE05BSP jeans for the spot light. From traveling to distant countries, riding a motorcycle and bicycle, and working on his car, these jeans have been a denim sponge, soaking up all these experiences and paying in indigo.
(Side note, jeans aside, Fade Fridays sneakily show how interesting the lives of our readers are so awesome.)
Now at first glance, these fades look straight up fake–resembling pre washed jeans you could buy at your local department store. However, a closer look reveals a world of authentic wear sprinkled across 1 soak and 30+ washes (yes 30), and 5 loving repairs by Self Edge.
From honeycombs that are literally piled up on top of each other and whiskers that have just been steam rolled to a seat that doesn’t have any indigo left to surrender, these jeans are complete. The main and side quests have all been completed and all the achievements have been unlocked.
