Four years is a long time, but it’s especially long to commit to one pair of raw denim jeans. Heddels reader Chas Calcagno of Pittsburgh, PA, knows that good jeans are worth committing to, and has done just that with this pair of United Stock Dry Goods Navy jeans.

Chas tells us that these jeans are pretty nostalgic for him. They were purchased on his first trip to Toronto and bring back plenty of great memories. Though these fades aren’t super high contrast, there’s still plenty to be appreciated here with some classic wear marks developing through the front knees and waist, as well as in the back pocket from his wallet. Chas doesn’t wear these jeans as much as he used to, but every few months he’ll break them out of their closet home and rock them for the sake of the good ol’ days.
