Spellbound “Origami” Natural Indigo Yarn Dyed Selvedge Flannel Shirt

In the 1945 Alfred Hitchcock film, Spellbound, Gregory Peck plays a prominent psychologist plagued by a bout of amnesia. He has difficulty looking at dark lines on a white background from a skiing accident in his past. It would make it all the more difficult for him to look at the pocket structure on this shirt from Japanese produced workwear brand, Spellbound.

Their origami shirt twists, folds, and turns like Hitchcock’s thriller, but into a yarn-dyed selvedge flannel with a single breast pocket. It has a chain stitch runoff, just like Gregory Peck when he’s on the lam from the police, and big mother of pearl buttons to match that Oedipal complex.

You too can get Spellbound for $225 at Blue Owl.
