Monitaly Vancloth Reversible Field Shell Jackets

The design junkies at SoCal-based brand Monitaly have pushed their proprietary fabric Vancloth into all facets of their collection ever since debuting the fabric last year. Their Vancloth fabric is a tightly woven, water-resistant, wind-resistant 100% cotton poplin. Here, Vancloth takes the shape of a Field Shell Jacket, a swingy, tented silhouette that adapts especially well for any gender, and also in a pinch makes a generous sit-upon for camping or concert-going.

Hand-tied bow closures at the front keep it casual for easy on/offs… or for reversing it when you’re tired of the color you happen to be wearing at the moment. That’s right folks, this jacket is fully reversible: Vancloth on the outside, Flannel (also 100% cotton) on the inside. You’ll also notice felled seam construction and two front patch pockets. Cut and sewn in Los Angeles, California.

Available in olive/brown, and black, at Self Edge for $395.
